Our wines are the fruit of a demanding and continuous teamwork which is bound, on the one hand, safeguard the traditions handed down by people who lived and loved the land, on the other, to optimise the more modern production techniques in order to exalt the gifts of the nature. The grapes are completely hand-harvested and carried, inside 20 Kg cases, from the production area (district Eloro) into the cellar for the wine-pressing and all the following working stages up to botting, labelling and packaging.
